1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using any Thirdrez service ("Service"), including but not limited to:
- thirdrez.com — Main website and marketplace
- app.thirdrez.com — Application dashboard
- doc.thirdrez.com — Documentation portal
- Kinetiq Engine™ — AI motion synthesis
- MotionPrint™ — Cryptographic provenance system
- Blender Addon — Desktop integration
You ("User," "You," "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
Thirdrez is an independent project created by Isaías Reis Verdin ("Company," "We," "Us," "Our"), operating from Brazil. We are committed to building the future of 3D motion synthesis and cryptographic provenance.
2. Definitions

3. Account Registration
3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. By registering, you represent that:
- You are of legal age
- You have the legal capacity to enter binding agreements
- All registration information is accurate and current
- You will maintain the accuracy of such information
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Sharing credentials or allowing others to use your subscription benefits is a violation of these Terms and may result in account termination.
3.3 Authentication Providers
We use third-party OAuth providers for authentication:
- Google — Google's Privacy Policy applies
- Discord — Discord's Privacy Policy applies
- GitHub — GitHub's Privacy Policy applies
We do not store your passwords or access tokens from these providers.

✓ Client work and freelance projects
✓ Streaming content (Twitch, YouTube)
✓ Modify, retarget, edit freely
✓ Use in unlimited End Products
PROHIBITED:
✗ Resell Animation Assets as standalone files
✗ Include in asset packs or libraries for redistribution
✗ Claim authorship of original Animation Assets
✗ Remove or modify MotionPrint™ watermarks
✗ Use for illegal, defamatory, or harmful content
4.3 Extended License (Freedom Tier)
Freedom Tier includes additional rights:
- Re-training Models: Access to LoRA weights and fine-tuning models (when available)
- NSFW Content: Adult consensual art catalog (age verification required)
- Priority Features: Early access to beta features and experimental tools
- Custom Commissions: 30% discount on custom motion capture orders
5. Payment & Billing
5.1 Payment Processing
All payments are processed through Stripe, our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We accept:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover)
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay
- Regional payment methods (varies by country)
Thirdrez never stores, processes, or has access to your full credit card numbers. All payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe.
5.2 Billing Cycles

5.3 Upgrades & Downgrades
- Upgrades: Take effect immediately. You pay the prorated difference.
- Downgrades: Take effect at the next billing cycle. You retain current benefits until then.
5.4 Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods, we cannot offer refunds for downloaded Animation Assets. Once a file is downloaded, the transaction is final.
Exceptions:
- Corrupted or technically defective files → Replacement provided
- Misdescribed content → Replacement or credit at our discretion
- Billing errors → Full refund of erroneous charges

6. Fair Use Policy
6.1 Download Limits
Even with "unlimited" plans, Fair Use limits apply to prevent abuse:

6.2 Exceeding Limits
If you exceed Fair Use limits:
- First occurrence: Warning notification

- Persistent abuse: Account review and potential termination

7. Kinetiq Engine™ Terms
7.1 AI-Generated Content
Kinetiq Engine uses machine learning models trained on licensed motion capture data. By using Kinetiq:
- Ownership: You own animations you create/edit using Kinetiq (subject to plan license)
- No Warranty: AI outputs are provided "as-is" without guarantee of fitness for purpose
- Human Oversight: You are responsible for reviewing and approving all generated content
7.2 Model Training Data
Our models are trained on:
- Proprietary motion capture recordings
- Licensed datasets with commercial rights
- Synthetic data generated in-house
We do not train models on user-submitted content without explicit consent.

8. MotionPrint™ Protocol Terms
8.1 Service Description
MotionPrint™ is our cryptographic provenance system that:
- Embeds invisible watermarks in Animation Assets
- Provides verifiable proof of creation/ownership
- Generates tamper-evident certificates
Verification is 100% free and requires NO login. Anyone can verify animations using:
- The MotionPrint Verify website
- The free Blender Addon
Registration (embedding watermarks in your animations) requires a free account, but verification is always open to everyone — no account needed!

8.3 Intellectual Property
MotionPrint™ watermarks certify authorship and timestamp but do not grant additional intellectual property rights. The underlying Animation Asset licenses still apply.
8.4 Data Handling
- Public Verification: Client-side only. Files never leave your device.
- Signed Reports: We store watermark hash, timestamp, and user ID only (no file content).
- Privacy: See our Privacy Policy for details.
9. User Content & Conduct
9.1 Your Responsibilities
By using the Service, you agree not to:
- Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code
- Circumvent usage limits, authentication, or security measures
- Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract content
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Impersonate Thirdrez staff or representatives
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
9.2 Content Standards
All content you create, upload, or share must:
- Not infringe third-party intellectual property
- Not contain illegal material
- Not depict minors in sexual or violent contexts
- Not promote hate, violence, or discrimination
- Comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
9.3 NSFW Content (Freedom Tier)
Access to adult content requires:
- Age verification (18+ or legal age in your jurisdiction)
- Acceptance of additional NSFW Terms
- Understanding that NSFW content is separated from main catalog
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 Thirdrez IP
The following are proprietary to Thirdrez:
- Trademarks: "Thirdrez," "Kinetiq Engine," "MotionPrint," logos, and branding
- Software: Website code, API, applications, and algorithms
- Content: Documentation, tutorials, blog posts, and marketing materials
- Technology: AI models, watermarking systems, and proprietary processes
10.2 Animation Asset Ownership
- Marketplace Assets: Owned by Thirdrez or licensed creators
- User-Created: You own animations you create (license applies to base assets used)
- Commissioned Work: Ownership as specified in commission agreement
10.3 Attribution
While not required, we appreciate attribution in credits:

Our Animation Assets are designed for use with:

- Unity / Unreal Engine

- Custom engines (via standard formats)
We do not guarantee compatibility with all platforms or versions.
12. Disclaimers & Limitations
12.1 "As Is" Provision
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- MERCHANTABILITY
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- NON-INFRINGEMENT
- ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS
12.2 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIRDREZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Third-party actions or content
Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Thirdrez in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12.3 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thirdrez from any claims arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your infringement of third-party rights
- Your User Content
13. Termination
13.1 By You
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Go to Account Settings → Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Access continues until end of current billing period
- Downloaded files remain yours to use per license terms
13.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Non-payment (after grace period)
- Extended inactivity (2+ years)
13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Access to Service is revoked
- Downloaded files remain licensed per plan at time of download
- No refund for partial periods (except as required by law)
- We may delete your account data after 90 days
14. Dispute Resolution
14.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14.2 Informal Resolution
Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt good-faith resolution for 30 days.
14.3 Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under Brazilian arbitration law, conducted in Portuguese or English at your choice.
14.4 Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class actions or collective proceedings.
15. Changes to Terms
15.1 Notification
We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes via:
- Email to your registered address
- Prominent notice on the Service
- Changelog entry
15.2 Acceptance
Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
16. Miscellaneous
16.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Thirdrez.
16.2 Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
16.3 Waiver
Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
16.4 Assignment
You may not assign your rights under these Terms. Thirdrez may assign its rights to a successor in interest.
