Animations, Poses & Systems for Second Life®
Thank you for choosing Green Tech and the Kinetiq Engine™ technology (powered by Thirdrez.com). By acquiring our Full Perm products (Animations, Poses, and Systems), you are NOT purchasing ownership of the files, but rather a Limited Commercial Use License.
We operate under strict compliance with the Linden Lab® Terms of Service and international Copyright laws (DMCA). Misuse of this material will result in immediate and severe actions. Please read carefully.
✅ 1. What You Are Authorized to Do

| Incorporate into your creations | You may use our animations and poses within your own products (furniture, vehicles, HUDs, AV Sitters). |
| Sell the final product | You may sell your final creations in Second Life® containing our animations, provided that the permissions of the animations are changed BEFORE the sale. |
Mandatory Permissions Adjustment
Our animations/poses may ONLY be sold or distributed to your end customers with the following permission settings:

The "Modify" permission is at your discretion, but NEVER Copy and Transfer simultaneously.
🚫 2. What Is Strictly Prohibited (Zero Tolerance)

| Resell as Full Perm | You may not sell, give away, or share our animations and poses with all permissions active (Copy + Transfer). |
| Distribute for free | You may not place our raw items into "Freebie" boxes, "Group Gifts," or Hunts. They must be part of a finished, commercialized product. |
| Transfer to Alt accounts | The license is granted ONLY to the avatar that made the purchase. If your business partner or your alternative account needs to use the files, a new license (new purchase) must be acquired. |
| Export from Second Life® | It is strictly forbidden to use ripping software or export tools to take our animations, poses, or Kinetiq Engine™ codes to other grids, simulators, or external platforms (such as VRChat, FiveM, etc.) without our express documented authorization. |
| Claim authorship | You may not rename our animations/poses and claim they were created by you. The motion and capture credit belongs to Kinetiq Engine™ / Thirdrez. |
⚖️ 3. Legal Consequences & Asset Protection
Green Tech and the Thirdrez ecosystem possess rigorous tracking of their assets. Violations of this TOS will not receive prior warnings. In the event of an infringement:
- DMCA Takedown Notice — Will be immediately filed with Linden Lab®, resulting in the removal of your content.
- Abuse Report (AR) — For Intellectual Property theft will be opened, which may lead to the permanent ban of your account and the suspension of your funds in Second Life.
- Legal Measures — Appropriate legal measures may be taken in the real world to seek financial damages.
We deeply respect the community of creators in Second Life and follow all Linden Lab guidelines. We demand the same respect for our work. Create responsibly.
🔒 4. Payment Security & Privacy
When purchasing through our external checkout at thirdrez.com/sl:
- All payments are processed exclusively by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor.
- Thirdrez does not store any credit card numbers, billing addresses, or personal financial data on its servers.
- The only information retained by Thirdrez is the avatar name you provide (for delivery purposes) and your optional message.
- No account creation is required. No tracking, no profiling, no marketing emails.

Your transaction is between you and Stripe. We receive only a notification that payment was completed, along with your avatar name for in-world delivery.
