Subscriptions & Billing
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from Account Settings → Subscription. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No penalties, no questions asked.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of digital goods, we cannot refund downloaded files. However, we handle:
- Corrupted files: Replacement provided
- Billing errors: Full refund
- Misdescribed content: Replacement or credit

What happens to my files if I cancel?
Files you've downloaded remain yours to use according to the license terms at the time of download. You lose access to new downloads and the Kinetiq Editor.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes. Change billing frequency anytime. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Do unused downloads roll over?
No. Download quotas reset monthly on your billing anniversary. Plan accordingly or upgrade to Freedom Tier for unlimited access.
Licensing & Usage
Can I use animations commercially with the free plan?
No. Free Style is for personal and educational use only. For commercial projects, you need Starter ($4.99/month or $49.99/year) or higher.
What counts as "commercial use"?
Any project that generates revenue directly or indirectly:
- Games for sale (any price)
- YouTube/Twitch with monetization
- Client/freelance work
- Products with advertisements
- NFTs for sale
Can I use one animation in multiple projects?
Yes. Once downloaded, you can use an animation in unlimited projects (within your license scope).
Do I need to credit Thirdrez?
No. Attribution is appreciated but not required for paid plans.
Can I modify the animations?
Yes. You can retarget, edit, blend, mirror, adjust timing, and modify animations freely.
Can I resell animations?
No. You cannot resell raw animation files on any plan. You CAN sell products that incorporate animations (games, videos, etc.).
Account & Security
Can I share my account with my team?
No. Accounts are individual. Each team member needs their own subscription. Contact [email protected] for team pricing.
What happens if my account is hacked?
Contact [email protected] immediately. We'll secure your account and investigate any unauthorized activity.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account Settings → Privacy → Delete Account. Your data is removed within 30 days (90 days for backups).
What data do you store?
Minimal data: email, download history, subscription status. We don't store passwords (OAuth) or payment details (Stripe). See our Privacy Policy.
Copyright & IP
I found my content being sold without permission. What do I do?
File a DMCA takedown notice. See our DMCA Policy for the complete process and required information.
Can I use Thirdrez animations in NFTs?
Yes, with Starter or higher. You can sell NFTs featuring your End Product. You cannot sell the raw animation file as an NFT.
Does MotionPrint prove I own the copyright?
No. MotionPrint proves you possessed a file at a specific time. It's evidence of provenance, not proof of copyright ownership.
Can I train AI models using your animations?
No. Using our animations to train competing AI models is prohibited under all license tiers.
NSFW Content
How do I access adult content?
Adult content requires:
- Freedom Tier subscription ($49.99/month or $499.99/year)
- Age verification (18+ or legal age in your jurisdiction)
- Acceptance of NSFW-specific terms
Is adult content separated from main content?
Yes. NSFW content is in a separate catalog, excluded from main search, and requires explicit opt-in to view.
What's prohibited even in NSFW?
All content depicting or suggesting minors, non-consensual scenarios, bestiality, and content violating real persons' dignity. See Acceptable Use Policy.
International Users
Do you comply with GDPR?
Yes. We respect all GDPR rights including access, rectification, erasure, portability, and objection. Contact [email protected].
Do you comply with CCPA?
Yes. California residents have full rights under CCPA. We don't sell personal information.
What about Brazil's LGPD?
Yes. As a Brazilian company, we fully comply with LGPD requirements.
Can I use Thirdrez from any country?
Generally yes, but you must comply with your local laws. We may restrict access from sanctioned countries if required by law.
Enterprise & Business
Do you offer enterprise licensing?
Yes. For teams 20+, custom licensing, or specific requirements, contact [email protected].
Can you create custom animations for our project?
Yes. We offer custom motion capture and animation services. Contact [email protected] for quotes.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Contact [email protected] for bulk pricing and team plans.
Can we white-label or resell Thirdrez?
This requires a custom partnership agreement. Contact [email protected].
Disputes & Legal
What if I disagree with a policy decision?
Email [email protected] within 14 days with your username and the specific issue. We review all appeals within 5-10 business days.
What law governs these terms?
Brazilian law governs our Terms of Service. Disputes are resolved through arbitration.
Can I sue Thirdrez?
You agree to attempt informal resolution first (30 days), then binding arbitration. Class action waiver applies. See Terms of Service Section 14.
What's your maximum liability?
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
